i-Prove, is an innovative, AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to assist businesses, particularly SMEs in the UK, with efficient and accessible ESG reporting. i-Prove operates as a standalone entity, ensuring a clear focus on advancing ESG practices. i-Prove ESG ltd, headquartered in the UK, maintains high ethical standards across its operations and global partnerships. 

We are committed to upholding human rights and promoting ethical practices throughout our business and supply chains. This commitment includes adherence to the Modern Slavery Act 2015, ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our operations or supply chains. 

Our Supply Chain 

As a SaaS provider, i-Prove primarily relies on technology infrastructure, including cloud services, software development tools, and professional services. Our supply chain also encompasses office operations, including facilities and office supplies. 

While our supply chain is predominantly low-risk regarding modern slavery, we remain vigilant and proactive in ensuring ethical practices throughout.

Supplier Act 

i-Prove has outlined our expectations for all suppliers, emphasising compliance with applicable laws, respect for human rights, and ethical business practices. 

Due Diligence 

We conduct assessments of key suppliers to ensure their alignment with our ethical standards, including evaluating their policies and practices related to labor rights, modern slavery, and human trafficking. 
Regular communication and engagement with suppliers help foster mutual understanding and accountability. 
 
Employee Training 

i-Prove trains employees annually on critical topics such as modern slavery, ethical conduct, anti-corruption, and data privacy. This ensures our team is equipped to identify and address potential risks effectively. 

Human Rights Principles 

i-Prove aligns with the principles outlined in the United Nations Global Compact, including: 

  • Supporting and respecting internationally proclaimed human rights. 
  • Ensuring non-complicity in human rights abuses. 
  • Eliminating all forms of forced labour, child labour, and employment discrimination.
